Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is still in the process of revamping his squad according to his style and some departures are still to be expected.
Robert Kenedy is one of the names that is expected to exit the club any moment from now as he continues to fall out of favour at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazil international has managed to make a mere 27 appearances for Chelsea in the four years he has spent plying his trade for the club.
Kenedy was previously shipped out on loan to Newcastle United during the 2018/19 season but he struggled to make an impact with the Magpies.
However there seems to be hope at the end of the tunnel for the 23-year-old as Serie A club Sassuolo have emerged as the side eager to sign him on according to Gianluca Di Marzio (via 101 Great Goals).
The news comes after left-back Rogerio who is on the sidelines due to an injury, Sassuolo are said to be interested in Kenedy who could fit the profile they desperately need.
