Ghana international and Newcastle United winger Christian Atsu believes that is light at the end of the tunnel despite his side's dismal start to the season.
Newcastle have won one of their opening four league games and they find themselves a point above the relegation zone.
Steve Bruce who replaced Rafa Benitez came under a lot of scrutiny when he took over the reins but Atsu has expressed his support and believes that the Magpie's luck will change soon.
“We just need to continue to keep working hard stay behind the manager and fight for the fans,” he told The Voice Online.
“As I said, we have lost two games, and there is a lot of criticism for the club.
“Against Tottenham, we fought really hard to get a win. I believe the atmosphere is going to change.”
The Ghana international has already registered an assist for Newcastle this season, setting up the winner against Tottenham Hotspur - the only victory they have secured this far.
