Super Eagles defender Shehu Abdullahi has expressed his excitement after scoring for Bursaspor as they defeated Osmanlispor 3-1 in a Turkish second division game on Sunday.
Shehu's goal came in the 27th minute to put his team in the lead.
Kubilay Kanatsızkus doubled Bursaspor’s lead with a first half stoppage time goal, with his side going to the tunnel at half-time with a 2-0 advantage.
Erdem Cetinkaya pulled one goal back for Osmanlispor seven minutes from time before Ramazan Keskin restored the two-goal advantage in the 93rd minute.
“Amazing home win against Osmanlispor FK today. I’m excited to get on the score sheet, my first goal this season for Bursa. I’m dedicating the goal to all passionate Bursa fans who stood behind us. Important win & we’ll continue to fight,” Shehu tweeted.
The win takes Bursaspor, who were relegated on the last day of the Turkish Super Lig last season, second on the TFF 1 League table with nine points from four games.
