Wednesday's Iorfa found the back of the net in a thrilling 4-1 victory over Middlesbrough at the weekend.
The former England U21 defender registered a joint game-high four tackles, racked up the most clearances (6), won six aerial duels and was awarded a rating of 8.0.
Iorfa was placed in the central defence alongside Hull City's Jordy de Wijs in the Team of the Week.
Onyedinma was honoured for his exploits in Wycombe Wanderers' 3-0 win over Rochdale at Oil Arena where he scored a brace for his side.
The 22-year-old opened the scoreline in the 16th minute and went on to score his second in the 29th minute which now takes his goal tally to four from 8 league matches played.
Whoscored was placed on the right side of midfield in a 4-4-2 formation and was given an 8.8 rating by the website.
Onyedinma completed a game-high five dribbles, had the most shots on target (2) and won one foul for his team against Rochdale.
