Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has reacted to the VAR goal awarded to Arsenal in their 1-1 draw at Old Trafford on Monday night.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side dropped points for the second successive league match in a row on Monday night after a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
Speaking after the game De Gea refused to be drawn on the idea and urged his side to learn from such sloppy defensive errors.
"Well, it was a big mistake for us," the Spaniard told Sky Sports. "We gave away an important goal. The game was well balanced. They had a few chances, we had chances.
"Of course if the linesman keeps the flag down and we also know there is VAR behind it's a goal for them. We need to learn from that mistake.
"This is Manchester United so we have to win these games. The lads have to react and play better than they are doing. We are a team but we have to improve. We are looking forward to the next game and we will try to win."
Scott McTominay netted a beautiful opening goal for United ahead of half-time, however Arsenal ensured that they shared the spoils when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leveled after the restart after consultation with the VAR.
