Former Barcelona star Samuel Eto'o holds dear his time and memories at Real Mallorca, putting them ahead of the Catalans and Inter Milan.
The former Cameroon international striker had hugely successful stints at Barcelona and Inter Milan during his prime years but surprisingly picked Mallorca when asked on the best playing experience.
Eto'o won numerous titles with the two footballing giants including trebles with both sides, in what was a hugely successful club career.
"The best [time] was at Mallorca. But between Inter and Barcelona, it was 50-50," he said while responding to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The striker joined Barcelona from Mallorca in the summer of 2004 for an estimated fee of €27m, and went on to become a club great, scoring 130 goals in 199 games.
He then moved from the Catalans to the Italian giants in the summer of 2010 for just €20m and repeated similar success under Jose Mourinho.
He later moved to Anzhi Makhachkala and has also turned out for other clubs including; Chelsea, Everton, Sampdoria, Antalyaspor, Konyaspor and Qatar SC.
He is keen on one day coaching Barcelona as revealed recently in an interview with Cadena SER.
"I will return to Barca one day. I want to be the first black coach to win the Champions League. I'd like my team to play like Josep Guardiola's,"
He won titles including the La Liga, Champions League and the English Premier League.
