Chelsea's injury list continues to bulge, with Mateo Kovacic and Ethan Ampadu the latest to suffer knocks while on international duty.
The two midfielders lined up against each other on Sunday night but did not finish the match, with the Croat withdrawn at half-time, while Ampadu, who's on a season-long loan at RB Leipzig going off three minutes after the re-start.
Kovacic went down following Ben Davies' strong challenge in the first half, robbing the Croat the ball and feeding Gareth Bale to slot in an equaliser.
Ampadu, on the other hand, was cluttered by Bruno Petkovic as he headed the ball, and the striker was fortunate to only receive a yellow card.
The two add to a growing list of injury concerns for Frank Lampard's side, having seen N'Golo Kante withdraw from the French squad over an injury said to be only minor.
Reece James and Trevor Chalobah were also forced to withdraw from England's Under-21 squad due to fitness issues.
The group joins Antonio Rudiger and Reuben Loftus-Cheek on the medical table and will be a concern for the club as they prepare for another busy schedule.
