Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi were the stars of the show on Tuesday night, as they scored five goals between them to lift England over Austria in a 5-1 thrashing in a European Championship qualifier match.
Nketiah scored a perfect hat-trick on the night, his first at the Under-21 level, taking his tally to eight goals in as many games for the young lions.
Nketiah, currently on loan at Leeds, should have scored a fourth with five minutes to go, but his penalty was well saved.
The young striker turned in twice from close range, before heading home a third as the hosts shocked the Austrians.
The other two goals were scored by Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, who is making a return to Aidy Boothroyd's side following a long injury layoff.
Hudson-Odoi opened the scoring after only 12 minutes, before Nketiah's two successive strikes in the 28th and 39th minutes.
Odoi then scored his second of the night and a fourth for the young lions in added time of the first half to take a 4-0 lead going into the break.
The visitor pulled one back just after the hour-mark before Nketiah completed his hattrick on the 79th minute.
Austria had a 100 per cent record until this fourth game in their qualifying campaign but are now behind England, who have won three out of three, on goal difference.
