Pulisic starts for Chelsea against Burnley

Burnley are set to host Chelsea in their 100th Premier League game in Lancashire, an achievement for a club which has not been in the top flight since 1976, since first promotion back in 2009.

Burnley have made two changes with one looking like enforced and the other more of tactical. Chris Wood fails his fitness test and isn't in the squad, leaving Jay Rodriguez to take his place. In midfield, Jeff Hendrick moves across midfield to play on the right, in what looks like a narrow four, with Robbie Brady dropped to the bench and Jack Cork back in the starting XI.

For the visitors, Frank Lampard has handed Christian Pulisic a first league start since in August. Callum Hudson-Odoi has been benched, while Ross Barkley is the other absentee from beating Newcastle last weekend, Mateo Kovacic keeping his place from their trip to the Netherlands.
