Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has an almost fully-fit squad to pick from when his side take on Manchester City in a crunch Premier League tie on Saturday.
In a pre-match press conference on Friday evening, Lampard confirmed Christian Pulisic has shaken off an injury he suffered against Crystal Palace and is in contention for the City match.
Pulisic injured his hip when he hit the upright while scoring Chelsea's second against Palace, consequently missing international duty with the USA.
He has however been training through the week and is ready for a role against Pep Guardiola's men.
"He didn’t go, he was struggling against Palace. He has been training and is in contention," Lampard said concerning Pulisic.
He, however, noted that Callum Hudson-Odoi will be assessed before the match, as he struggles with a hamstring problem.
No much news on Reuben Loftus-Cheek, who has been out since last season.
"Callum has a hamstring problem, he is struggling to make this game. Nothing more on Ruben"
Antonio Rudiger will also miss the match, having been ruled out for a further three weeks before the international break.
The rest of the team is available for selection, with Kante, who has been missing for the better part of the season having made a full recovery and is in contention for a starting role.
