Mamelodi Sundowns captain Hlompho Kekana has been lowkey serving a serious suspension for man-handling a CAF official.
While Sundowns kept the ban under wraps saying Kekana was rested for the club’s previous four CAF Champions League games, a Sundowns official has come out to confirm it was in fact due to a punishment.
The incident had taken place back in August against AS Otoho in Congo Brazzaville. “Yes I can confirm that Hlompho Kekana was handed with a four-match ban during our match in Brazzaville in the Congo in August‚” Sundowns acting General Manager Yogesh Singh told TimesLIVE.
