Jose Mourinho hailed Marcus Rashford's performance after bagging a brace in the 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur and justified his decision to play him on the left.
The England international was again on hand to convert a penalty in the 49th minute as United secured their first win in three games.
In an interview with Amazon Prime, Mourinho was asked if he’d seen Rashford play that well before, "Yes I did. As I always told, from the left.
"Not as a nine, from the left. I knew it, I told the boys. I told him exactly the way he does things. But he was good, he was really good."
Mason Greenwood started as the striker with Rashford deployed on the left and Daniel James on the right.
