After beating Burnley, Andreas Pereira has warned Arsenal that Manchester United are going into their New Year's Day clash full of confidence.
The win against Burnley ensured that United leapfrogged Tottenham Hotspur on the table who drew against Norwich City and are now only four points behind Chelsea.
In an interview with MUTV, Pereira fired a warning to Arsenal ahead of their New Year's clash, "Confidence is really high.
"We have to keep going, stay humble and work hard. We have to keep this momentum going and hopefully on New Year's Day, my birthday, we can get the win."
Victory against Burnley also ensured United kept a clean sheet after failing to keep their opponents out for the past 14 fixtures which was their longest run in the Premier League.
United face Arsenal on Thursday, January 1 at the Emirates Stadium in an 11 PM (EAT) kick-off.
