Green Eagles head coach Aggrey Chiyangi has confirmed that striker Tapson Kaseba has left the club to join Ndola based outfit, Buildcon while goalkeeper Robert Mwanza will join Mighty Mufulira Wanderers.
Kaseba becomes the second striker to leave the Kawale Boys this transfer window following the departure of Kennedy Musonda who opted not to renew his contract and instead joined Kitwe based outfit Power Dynamos.
Chiyangi also revealed that Musonda decided to join Abayellow because they offered him more money than Eagles were willing to offer the former Zanaco forward.
"These things can happen in football, One or two players can leave but what's important is to plan for replacements who can add value," Chiyangi told Futaa Zambia.
"We know about Kennedy Musonda who could not renew his contract after it came to an end because he wanted more money which Power Dynamos offered him. Tapson Kaseba has been offered a contract by Buildcon he is also going there. The goalkeeper Robert Mwanza, Mufulira Wanderers requested for his services and he is going there," he added.
Chiyangi has however remained coy on the players the Kawale boys are looking at bringing in to reinforce the squad.
"For now we not going to talk about it until the executive finishes the whole process," he said.
The Kawale Boys beat Buildcon 2-0 on Saturday thanks to goals from Spencer Sautu and Ronald Chibwe to stay in third place on the log with 30 points just one adrift of log leaders Zesco United.
