Arsenal may be playing Leeds United in the FA Cup third round, but there is one notable absentee for the Gunners.
Top goalscorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not involved as the Gunners host the Championship league leaders in the FA Cup at the Emirates Stadium.
But Arsenal's head coach Mikel Arteta has said that Aubameyang has been ill in the build-up to the game, which meant that he was not available to him for the third-round clash.
“He was ill," Arteta said, speaking in a pre-match interview with BBC Sport.
“He wanted to be involved, but he was ill.”
“We had a few of them in the last few days, so it hasn’t been easy to pick a team, but I am happy with the team that is playing and I know how tough it is going to be against Leeds.”
Either Arsenal or Leeds United will face Bournemouth in the fourth round of the competition if either wins this game. If it ends in a draw, Arsenal will travel to Leeds for a replay.
