Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hailed Manchester United front three of Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial. saying there is a lot more to come from them.
As noted by the Athletic, the United's front three has netted a total of 39 goals this season with Rashford scoring 19, Martial 11 and Greenwood 9. The club's trio also has a much better minute per goal ratio – 136.7 – than that of the Liverpool trio, which is 191.4.
"We can see them three – and we’ve got them on long contracts – developing into a very exciting front three," he said during a press conference.
"I was here with Cristiano Ronaldo, Carlos Tevez, Wayne Rooney – that’s what we want as Man United supporters. You want to see them express themselves and go to places like Anfield and put fear into their defenders."
Liverpool trio of Mohamed Salah, Robert Firmino and Sadio Mane has netted 38 goals so far this season, which sees the Reds unbeaten in the league and having dropped only two points throughout the campaign. The two points were dropped last year following a 1-1 draw with United at Old Trafford.
