Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly preparing a bid to sign Olympiacos attacking midfielder Daniel Podence in this transfer window, Sport Witness reported.
According to Sport 24, Wolves are willing to table an offer of €30million to sign Podence before the window closes for business.
It’s also reported the former Sporting winger’s agent Jorge Mendes is set to arrive in Greece at any moment to finalise the pending deal.
Sport 24 also revealed that Olympiacos' manager Pedro Martins has been involved in the discussions and is aware that the 24-year-old could be leaving the club soon.
Rumour has it that if Podence joins Wolves that will make him the most expensive player to emerge from a Greek club.
Podence has made 27 appearances for Olympiacos across all competitions this season and scored five goals in the process.
