Nkana will be eying top spot when they welcome Buildcon this afternoon at the Scrivener (Nkana) Stadium in a week 19 MTN/FAZ Super League encounter.
Following Napsa Stars' loss away in Solwezi Nkana can open a one-point lead at the summit with a win over Team Kopala since Green Eagles' game against Zanaco has been postponed to next month.
Meanwhile, Buildcon will be looking to get back to winning ways after they suffered a 2-1 loss in midweek in a rescheduled game against town rivals Zesco United.
Team Kopala will also be looking for their first win over Nkana since they won promotion to the Super League back in 2017, Nkana has managed two wins in seven matches with the other five games ending in draws.
With the top spot at stake, Nkana Head coach Manfred Chabinga and his players are under a lot of pressure to deliver a positive result given the fact that they have only managed to pick a single point in their last two games.
