After announcing that the club competitions finals will be held in a neutral city instead of a two-legged affair, CAF has now embarked on identifying the cities that will host the two finals.
CAF has officially asked for interested cities to submit their bids for hosting rights of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup finals respectively.
According to a communication from the African body, prospective cities must have an international standard stadium, training facilities, guarantees of adequate accommodation as well as government guarantees.
Interested cities have until February 20 to apply.
Elsewhere, a CAF delegation met with Rwandan President Paul Kagame on Sunday and it is rumoured that Kigali is a strong candidate to host the 2019/20 CAF Champions League finals.
