Neymar is back in court suing Barcelona, and this is his third legal case against his former side.
The 28-year-old is now claiming £33 million in compensation for the Spanish side.
According to reports in El Mundo, Neymar is hoping to claim a further £5.7 million relating to 'contingency payments' he had to meet personally, in order to facilitate his move from boyhood club Santos to Barcelona.
Neymar joined PSG in 2017 for a world record-smashing £197 million deal after four successful years at the Nou Camp, but controversy has followed the winger.
Reports have swirled in recent months that the player himself is pushing for a move back to his old club, but after this latest revelation, it appears any such move is unlikely, to say the least.
Barcelona is reportedly aware of Neymar's latest legal action, but is said to have no intention of meeting the player’s demands, nor do they intend to make a move for the player once the transfer window opens once again in the summer.
