Reports from Marca has indicated that Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo will transform the hotels he owns in Portugal into hospitals to help in the fight against the coronavirus.
The move from the Portugal forward is to help those suffering from the outbreak of the virus with the facilities being free of charge and Ronaldo will foot the bill for doctors and staff.
Ronaldo already expressed concerns over the spread of coronavirus and urged people to follow the directives of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
In a tweet, Ronaldo said: “The world is going through a very difficult moment which demands the utmost care and attention from all of us. I speak to you today not as a football player, but as a son, father, a human being concerned with the latest developments that is affecting the whole world.”
