Leicester City have been urged by former player Emile Heskey to consider signing Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana.
Lallana will become a free agent at the end of the season after falling down the pecking order under Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. Leicester are reportedly keen to land the 31-year-old once his contract with the Reds runs out and Heskey believes that he is an option that the club should consider when the transfer window opens this summer.
"Adam Lallana signing for Leicester could be a win-win situation for everyone but it does depend on which Adam Lallana Leicester are going to get," he said as reported by the Leicester Mercury.
"I’m a big fan of Lallana, I’ve watched him for several years. He’s very competent and a very confident player on the ball. That’s what you need. But have injuries caught up with him? If you can get the Adam Lallana that I think you can get, then that’s a win-win for everyone."
