Absa Premiership side AmaZulu have said its reported interest in Norman Mapeza is a false story.
As reported here on Futaa yesterday, Mapeza’s agent Gibson Mahachi revealed to the media that Usuthu called his phone to enquire about bringing the former FC Platinum and Chippa United coach to eThekwini.
AmaZulu responded to the reports by publishing a statement via the club’s website.

“At this time it’s unfortunate that some members of the media are continuing to create false stories,” said the club’s General Manager Lunga Sokela.
“We have never discussed anything with Mapeza and that is the bottom line,” added the statement.
