Mexican side Santos Laguna are reportedly interested in signing Ghanaian midfielder Clifford Aboagye according to Ghanasoccernet.
Abaoagye has emerged on the radar of the Liga MX champions after an impressive loan deal at Querétaro FC.
The Green and Whites are keen to add the hugely talented midfielder in the ranks and will table an offer for him this summer.
Aboagye who feature for the Ghana U20 team has taken Mexican football by surprise since he joined Atlas on loan from Spanish side Granada back in 2017.
In Atlas, he scored three goals and provided six assists in 71 games before being sent on loan to Querétaro FC, where he has found the back of the net in 33 matches.
He later joined Spanish side Granada FC in the 2013/14 season after spending only a season in Italy.
After an impressive spell in his first season, his move to Mexico was confirmed on a permanent basis in the 2017/18 campaign.
