Two more Absa Premiership clubs have returned to the training grounds after over 100 days of COVID-19 lockdown.
While a club like Cape Town City announced its COVID-19 resting results and being the first club to return to training last week, Wits and Chiefs have followed by just posting shots from the sessions this morning.
Amakhosi made the confirmation with a somewhat strange post that focused on Lebohang Manyama while showing nothing else from the rest of the team.
“Back To Training Football is in my blood.I just need a few runs and touches on the ball to warm up and should be ready to compete,” read the post.
At the other side of Johannesburg, Bidvest Wits, whose PSL status will be transferred to Limpopo TTM after June’s sale, captioned today’s events as “Loving being back on the field.”
Meanwhile, the PSL and SAFA are expected to announce the official return date of the Absa Premiership and GladAfrica Championship.
