Rangers returned to winning ways with a convincing 3-0 win over St Mirren in a Scottish Premiership match, putting behind their Europa League woes.
The Gers were beaten by Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday in Europa League last-16 tie with manager Steven Gerrard admitting that star player Alfredo Morelos was distracted by transfer rumours.
However, Morelos on Sunday was back to his best as he notched a brace and an assist ending a drought which had seen him net just once in his previous 13 games.
Conor McCarthy opened the scoring in the 23rd minute after he turned in a low Morelos cross. The Colombian doubled the lead in 69th minute before completing his brace five minutes later.
Rangers are second on the league with six points after two rounds of matches.
