David Luiz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored to help Arsenal to a 2-1 victory over Rapid Vienna in Thursday night’s Europa League group stage opener.
A dry first half was followed by the hosts lead when Bernd Leno’s blunder put through Taxiarchis Fountas to pounce for 1-0.
But the Gunners had enough quality to grab two quick goals, first a Luiz head and then Aubameyang’s tap in to seal the maximum points.
