Sheffield United's value has increased under Chris Wilder's five-year tenure

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder is currently the only Premier League managers who have managed to improve the depth and value of his squad more than Sean Dyche in the last decade.

According to the European Football Index via a study by BetVictor, Wilder has increased his squad's value by a staggering 1,775.4%.

The figure is currently the highest of any current Premier League manager by a distance and seventh biggest value increase in Europe's top divisions over the past ten years.

During his five-year tenure, Wilder has taken Sheffield United's value from £7.66million to whopping £143.6million, with Dyche second-best record on squad value improvement, with an increase of 535.2%.

Dyche's squad, back in 2013, was valued at £22,795,781, and was as high as £204,525,000 last season, dropping to £173,210,000 this.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santos is currently on the best third-best record with his team going from £80million to over £300million.
