Poland took the lead through Derby County winger Kamil Jóźwiak just after six minutes but Memphis Depay equalized from the penalty spot 15 minutes from time from the penalty spot with Gini Wijnaldum completing the comeback with a super finish six minutes from time.

In other games, Belgium will join Italy, Spain and France in the finals following a 4-2 victory over Denmark in Leuven with Scotland missing out on promotion to League A after a 0-1 loss at the hands of Israel.
