Former Arsenal and West Ham midfielder Jack Wilshere has joined Bournemouth in the lower division for a short stint.
The 29-year-old Wilshere will sign with the Cherries in the English Championship after training with the club for several weeks, and a year after leaving West Ham United.
“Bournemouth have agreed a short-term deal with former Arsenal and West Ham midfielder Jack Wilshere.
“The player becomes the club's first January signing and a deal is expected to be signed within the next 24 hours,” Sky concluded.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth are placed third with eight points behind leaders Norwich City after 24 games played.
