Four EFL bets to place today

Here's your four-teams multi ahead of tonight's EFL Championship matches!

QPR vs Blackburn

Queens Park Rangers have struggled at Loftus Road over recent weeks, scoring just one goal and taking a solitary point from their last five Championship fixtures on their own patch. In total, the R’s have won just four of their last 17 home games in the league, a run that stretches back to February 2020. We back the visitors to win.

TIP: Blackburn to win at FT

Middlesbrough vs Brentford

Middlesbrough have failed to score in their last three league games, a run which has left them seventh in the table. Neil Warnock’s side are struggling, having lost their last three at home without scoring. Middlesbrough have lost four of their last five matches against Brentford (D1). That includes a 2-1 defeat in the FA Cup last month, leaving the hosts with a mountain to claim here. Brentford are unbeaten in their last eight away league games (W5 D3).

TIP: Brentford to win at FT

Bournemouth vs Birmingham

Goals have been a particular problem for Aitor Karanka’s side, as they have failed to net in six of their last 10 games. Indeed, the Blues have scored just 19 goals in their 27 Championship games to date, the fourth fewest in the division, and they have played more games than all the sides with a worse record. If Bournemouth are hoping for a new manager bounce then this could prove the ideal fixture, so we are not only predicting a home victory, but given Birmingham’s struggles in front of goal, we also predict the Cherries will win to nil.

TIP: Bournemouth to win at FT

Preston vs Rotherham

Rotherham’s away record has shown signs of improvement of late, as they have won back-to-back league games on the road against Derby and Middlesbrough. The Millers have now won as many games on their travels as they have on their own patch this season, while they are unbeaten in their last four games against Preston. Indeed, Paul Warne’s side have won their last two clashes with Lilywhites, although both those matches have come on home soil, with Rotherham having failed to win on any of their last seven visits to Deepdale.

TIP: Rotherham to win at FT
