Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has provided an injury update on striker Son Heung-min.
The South Korean sustained an injury late in their Saturday loss against Manchester City after a blow on the ankle following a challenge with City's Joao Cancelo but the Portuguese insisted that it was nothing serious.
"Well, he has a wound in his ankle. A wound means a stud. A stud in the ankle means a card. I don't think a red, so the VAR can only interfere with a red. I don't think a red, but if that's not a yellow and the referee was 5 meters distance but it is a wound in the ankle. Hopefully, nothing big," Mourinho said after the game.
Mourinho will be hoping that he has no injury worries ahead of their Thursday Europa League tie against Wolfsberger as he seeks to win his side a trophy this season with the Premier League looking way beyond their grasp.
