Manchester United 1-2 Leicester City: Manchester City crowned Premier League Champions as Red Devils lose at home

Manchester City have been crowned 2020/21 Premier League Champions following Manchester United's 2-1 loss to Leicester City.

Leicester City took the lead in the 10th minute and it was a beauty from Luke Thomas. Iheanacho released Tielemans into space down the right and he floated a cross t the back post which was begging to be converted. Vardy was ready to finish but was beaten to it by Thomas with a beautiful volley.

It took United five minutes to level the scores through youngster Mason Greenwood. Greenwood collected the ball in what must be considered United's first meaningful attack, took the ball into a crowded penalty area, and somehow manages to steer a low shot through a crowd of Leicester bodies into the far corner.

In the second half, Leicester restored their lead through Soyuncu. A corner was delivered by Albrighton and Soyuncu rose high to head past De Gea.

Ten points clear with three matches to go for their nearest challengers, Pep Guardiola has done it again.

It's Manchester City's fifth Premier League title in nine years.

The Premier League title has been be decided at Old Trafford for the sixth time - the most of any venue, and three for other sides.
