Belgium qualified from Group B after seeing off Denmark 2-1 in Copenhagen, while Holland has been confirmed as Group C winners following victory over Austria.
France, England, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland all are assured of advancing because they have four points and will finish no worse than third in their groups.
On Wednesday, it will time for Spain, Slovakia, and Poland to find a team that will join Sweden in the last 16 from Group D. Sweden who leads the group with four points will be up against bottom-placed Poland who has one point with Spain, who has two points, having a date against second-placed Slovakia who has three points.
