Wales superstar Gareth Bale has aggressively dismissed questions of a possible retirement from international football.
The Real Madrid star, on loan at Tottenham Hotspur, faced the media after Wales' humiliating 4-0 defeat from Denmark in the 2020 Euro.
But not many expected Bale to lose his cool with reporters regarding his future with the Wales national side.
"I want to continue to play," Bale said, as quoted by Soccer Laduma.
"People ask stupid questions all the time, but obviously I love playing for Wales.
"I'll play for Wales until the day that I stop playing football.
"We've just started the World Cup campaign, and we need to take this experience into that," he added.
"I feel like we have a very good way of playing when we play well and we need to keep that confidence high, keep playing football, and I think we can qualify for the next World Cup," Bale concluded before walking out.
Meanwhile, Britain's remaining side at the Euros is England, who host the mighty Germany at Wembley on Tuesday.
