CONFIRMED: Cristiano Ronaldo not negotiating a new deal with Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo is set to leave Serie A giants Juventus with the player having one year left on his current deal.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reports that the Portugal captain is not negotiating a new deal with the Old Lady and might leave in the summer as teams lurk for his signature.

There are speculations that the player might be on his way back to Manchester United with his agent Jorge Mendes currently talking to clubs who might require his services.

According to Fabrizio, a concrete decision is expected to be reached after Euro 2020 with a host of teams ready to pounce on the superstar.

"Cristiano Ronaldo is not negotiating a new contract with Juventus, as of today. Club now waiting for Ronaldo and his agent Jorge Mendes to decide if leaving Juventus this summer or not.

"Cristiano is still under contract with Juventus until June 2022 (€31m net/season)," Romano wrote.

Apart from Ronaldo, Romano confirmed that Man United and Borussia Dortmund could complete the deal to bring Jadon Sancho to Old Trafford this week with the deal set to put Ronaldo out of the picture.
