Barcelona started off their Champions League campaign with a 3-0 loss to Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
While the club has struggled off the pitch since the summer sale of Lionel Messi, their outing in the pitch were put into a test where the defeat saw them record some unwanted statistic.
According to Opta, the Ronald Koeman side failed to register a single shot in target in a home game in this competition, while it is the first time since at least 2009 that applies to all competitions.
The game also saw Thomas Muller score his seventh goal in six appearances against Barcelona to make him Barca's biggest nemesis in Champions League competition.
