Juventus suffered another setback in the Serie A following their 1-0 loss to Atalanta on Saturday evening.
It was the fifth defeat for Juve in the league after 14 games with the win extending their opponents unbeaten run to eight games in all competitions to stay fourth on 28 points, four points behind the leaders, Napoli, and seven points ahead of Juve, who are 11 points off the pace. The victory was Atalanta’s first at Juventus since 1989.

In the Bundesliga, Erling Haaland returned from injury to score his 50th goal in the Bundesliga as Borussia Dortmund came from a goal down to beat Wolfsburg 3-1 and stay a point behind the Bundesliga leaders, Bayern Munich.
With their sixth win in the last seven league matches, Dortmund moved up to 30 points, one behind Bayern, who edged past Arminia Bielefeld 1-0 thanks to Leroy Sané’s powerful drive in the 71st minute.
In Spain, Barcelona scored twice in the closing stages to record a 3-1 win over Villarreal in what was their first away win this season.
Frenkie de Jong had given Barca the lead early in the second half but his strike was canceled by Samuel Chukwueze to equalize on 76 minutes. With the game destined for a draw, Memphis Depay calmly went around goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli to score a dramatic 88th-minute before Philippe Coutinho added a stoppage-time penalty.
In Ligue 1, there was a total of two games played on Saturday where ten-man Nantes held Lilles to a 1-1 draw with Nice going 1-0 down to Metz.
