The nominees for November's Premier League Manager of the Month have been announced, with Steven Gerrard of Aston Villa, Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, and Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool all in contention.
Gerrard took over at Villa Park less than a month ago and has already made an impact. Two late goals earned his side a victory over Brighton in his first game in charge, and the Villans followed that up with a creditable victory over Crystal Palace.
Meanwhile, Guardiola guided City to three consecutive league victories in November, while juggling his team's European commitments.
The first of these was a 2-0 victory over Manchester United that his team dominated throughout. Following a similarly comfortable 3-0 home victory over struggling Everton, the Cityzens rounded out the month with a 2-1 victory over high-flying West Ham.
Klopp is the third manager to be nominated, having won two and lost one of Liverpool's three games last month. November began with a 3-2 defeat to West Ham, but the Reds bounced back with back-to-back 4-0 victories over Arsenal and Southampton at Anfield.
Those interested in voting for their favorite team can do so by visiting the Premier League website. After the public votes are counted, they will be combined with those of an expert football panel to determine a winner.
The public voting for this month's award will close on Monday, 6 November.
