Fiorentina has received an offer from a Premier League side for striker Dusan Vlahovic, says the club's chief executive Joe Barone.
Arsenal are leading the race to sign Vlahovic from Fiorentina but the deal hasn't been finalized. Barone has revealed they have received an offer for the striker but has 'other ideas'.
"Some English clubs have made contact with Fiorentina, but there's no agreement and there can't be if someone... [doesn't talk]," Barone told Florence-based newspaper La Nazione.
"In any case, we're open (to selling). The English clubs want Vlahovic, but evidently, he's got other ideas. We're ready to negotiate, but him and his agent won't talk.
"There's been no communication from the player and his agents, although I asked them to be clear about their wishes."
The 21-year-old's contract with Fiorentina is set to expire in the summer of 2023 and the striker has refused to sign an extension.
Reports in Italy on Friday claim Juventus have accelerated their pursuit of Vlahovic and are preparing an official bid to sign the striker this month.
