Mubiru tickles Uganda Cranes coaches to try Balinya

Abdallah Mubiru believes that his Police FC striker Juma Balinya is now ripe for the national team duties.

The striker is currently leading the top scorers chart with 13 goals from 21 games already played in the league.

Mubiru believes his marksman has improved much and is currently the best in the local league. And feels that alone, warrants a place in Desabre’s set up.

“[Juma] Balinya is a very good player who needs to be supported. He needs a chance to showcase what he can do for the national team because, I believe, he is now the best striker in the league. He is doing well but you can also see he is working harder to improve and become a better player,” Mubiru made his case.
