Circuit City coach irked by refereeing decisions

Circuit City boss Mathews Phiri feels relegation is catching up with his team because of poor refereeing decisions that his side have suffered all around.

The former Arrows boss was speakimg after his side lost 3-2 away to Buildcon. Phiri who was impressed with his teams performance felt undone by the referee Rodrick Ng'andu for allowing Austin Muwowo's goal to stand as he thought he was in an off side position.

" Yes relegation is catching up due to those people called referees they are the ones bringing relegation to Circuit City. In Lumwana the ball went out but it was left to stand as a goal today an offside. In our days the reporters wrote facts about referees. Now these are not going to improve because you don't write facts," He said.

"My team played very well . We scored two goals away from home but the referee disturbed the rythym of the game," he added.

The Wildcat Boys have lost all their last six games and sit in eighth place just two points above the relegation zone.
