Absa Premiership side Bloemfontein Celtic have reportedly terminated Patrick Tignyemb’s contract.
According to Kick Off sources, the temperamental Cameroonian goalkeeper was sent packing after an outburst at the financially-strapped club’s offices.
"Patrick Tignyemb has been fired by Celtic," the source told Kick Off. In addition to being club captain, the 33-year-old leaves Siwelele as one of the highest-capped player with 311 games.
"This was after he demanded the club pay players their outstanding bonuses," added the source.
Meanwhile, Celtic will close off their season against AmaZulu in Bloem this Saturday.
