Ulinzi Stars head coach Benjamin Nyangweso is wary of the threat that Zoo Kericho poses ahead of their Kenya Premier League match in Kericho on Sunday afternoon.
The coach has called on his team to be alert and at their best, as they seek a win on the road.
“Zoo is a tough team and the fact that we will be playing away from home means we have to be on alert. We have to pick a positive result in the match,” he said as quoted by the club's official website.
Nyangweso's charges will be hoping to get back to winning ways, after a disappointing 1-0 home loss to Posta Rangers in midweek.
The coach rued missed chances during the game but acknowledged that his boys played well, only that they could not finish.
“We had our chances and failed to use them; Posta got one and made good use of it. That is the summary of the game; we played well but we can’t win if we don’t score and by now they know it very well.
The team's performances have been uninspiring in recent matches, and have only managed a single win, a 1-0 win over Nzoia Sugar, in their last four Premier League outings.
