Maestro United Zambia (MUZA) head coach Dabwitso Nkhoma opened up about the challenges his team have faced in their maiden appearance in the MTN/FAZ Super League.
Nkhoma attributed their poor performances to lack of experience and little time given to them to do their preparations ahead of the start of the new season.
" The performance of my team was good today. We have tried our best today. Coming from division one looking to maintain a spot in the Premier league it was not easy. We did not have enough time to prepare," He said.
"We don't have experience, This was the first time for the team to play in the Super league. The problem is that this transitional league is too short we had no time to prepare," He added.
MUZA were the first team to be relegated from the Super league this season and remains the only team to have done so this far. The Mazabuka based out-fit are bottom of Stream B with only nine points collected from 17 games.
