Mathare United name team to take Bandari

Mathare United head coach Francis Kimanzi has named his squad that will come up against Bandari FC in a Kenyan Premier League tie on Wednesday 22 May at the MISC Kasarani.

In goal will be Ugandan Allan Owiny with Kimanzi drafting Samuel Olwande back to the team; the defender expected to partner Johnstone Omurwa at the heart of defence as captain James Situma and youngster David Owino mans the right and left full backs respectively.

Another youngster in John Mwangi has been handed a starting berth and will be tasked with troubling Bandari's defence from the wing so is Chris Ochieng who has rarely found a starting slot this season.


Cliff Nyakeya will hope to add to his 13 league goals as he leads the hunt for goals together with Clifford Alwanga.
