Transfer rumours

Leicester City have been rejuvenated upon the arrival of Brendan Rodgers and the Foxes manager is looking to make a bid on Luton Town defender James Justin as his first signing in the summer.

Justin has enjoyed an explosive season having helped Luton to yet another successful promotion as the Hatters head back to the Football League.

According to the Daily Mail, the former Premier League champions are said to be renewing their interest in the youngster as they look to strengthen the squad further.

The Foxes have been monitoring the 21-year-old and were close to finalising a deal in 2017 but the talks proved unfruitful in the end. This time around, Leicester will be pushing for a signature ahead of the summer transfer window.

James Justin has played an important part in Luton’s recent history and capped off his enjoyable campaign with a place in the League One Team of the Season.

With Justin, who is valued at £5 million, only being 21 years of age and showing his potential in the lower leagues, a move to the King Power Stadium would only benefit his career.
