Belgium international Eden Hazard on Thursday underwent a medical at new club Real Madrid.
The Belgian winger was filmed getting out of a car outside the Hospital Sanitas La Moraleja. He was due for unveiling afterwards in front of supporters and the media at the Bernabeu.
Real Madrid and Chelsea agreed a fee of €100 million (£88.5 million) plus add-ons for the 28-year-old to cross from England to Spain.
Fans were queuing outside the Bernabeu hours before the presentation began.
He has agreed to sign a five-year deal with the Spanish giants and has been tipped to become the club’s new number seven.
The sight of Hazard wearing the famous white shirt of Madrid will be hard to view for Chelsea fans, who are gutted to lose the Belgium international but have wished him all the best for the future after seven years of tremendous service.
