Wazito snaps up Sony Sugar midfielder and Kenya U17 keeper
Kenyan Premier League newbies Wazito FC seemingly are not yet done with their transfer business with the club roping in midfielder Joshua Nyatini from Sony Sugar and the Kenya U17 keeper Bixente Lizarazu.
Nyatini becomes the third player to join Wazito from Sony in this window with the club having lured attacker Derick Otanga and goalkeeper Kevin Omondi.
Nyatini is famously known for the Hull City trip where the England side requested the Kenyan All Stars team to leave him behind following a friendly clash back in 2017.
He has been with Kakamega High School and featured for the Green Commandoes in the National Super League last season before shifting to Sony.
Lizarazu, on the other hand, has been a mainstay in the Kenya U17 team and was the first choice for the team when they went to Egypt for the UNAF tournament earlier this year.
He has previously featured for the side in the last CECAFA U17 competition held in Burundi and the U17 AFCON Qualifiers that was staged in Tanzania.
The duo joins Pistone Mutamba who was roped from Sofapaka and Gad Mathews from Kariobangi Sharks as the new faces in the team.

Its another great day as we unveil Joshua Nyatini and Bixente Otieno. Joshua is a midfielder, signed from Sony Sugar while Bixente, 17, is a fantastic goal keeper. We know these two will thrive and ensure the Wazito FC flag is raised higher. #Wazito4Life pic.twitter.com/mSfJoy8cRZ— WAZITO FOOTBALL CLUB (@wazitofc) July 8, 2019
