New reports have emerged that Deportivo Alaves are demanding three million euros from Getafe who are looking to sign Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso before the close of the transfer window.
Getafe have maintained their interest in securing the midfielder's signature but are yet to table an official offer.
Further reports have also revealed that Wakaso might not be in new manager Asier Geratino's plans in the new season and that could be more the reason why Getafe would want to take him on.
Getafe manager Jose Bordalas is reportedly a huge admirer of the Ghanaian as they previously worked together at Elche and a reunion would be ideal for both parties.
Wakaso would eventually be moving to his sixth club in Spain if the Getafe deal is secured as he has previously played for Villareal, Espanyol, Granada, Elche, and currently Alaves.
